Return Policy

Any CD found to be faulty must be returned to The Confidence Company, Ashen EC, Ashen, Sudbury, Suffolk CO10 8JU within 20 days of despatch of such CD and The Confidence Company will despatch a replacement within 7 days or offer a refund if no replacement is available.
